Counter Flow Reverse Osmosis (CFRO) technology is revolutionizing the desalination sector by surpassing the limitations of conventional methods. With CFRO, solids concentration can reach up to 25% and volumetric recovery can reach up to 90%, effectively doubling the output compared to traditional techniques. This membrane-based technology utilizes hydraulic pressure to remove dissolved salts, allowing for near saturation of high-salinity brine streams while simultaneously producing purified water. CFRO achieves higher concentrations and energy efficiency at conventional operating pressures, resulting in significant cost savings for desalination projects.
ZERO LIQUID DISCHARGE
Our innovative Carrier Gas Extraction (CGE) technology at Eurroseas provides a cost-effective solution for industrial water treatment, including Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) and brine concentration. This advanced humidification-dehumidification technology emulates the natural rain cycle, allowing for efficient extraction of fresh water from high-TDS wastewater and a concentration of brines to 25% salinity. With CGE, we offer enhanced production reliability and reduced costs compared to traditional evaporators.
