Started his Career in SPIC, later held lead positions in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Process Industries in India and Overseas, the list includes industry leaders such as: SPIC (India), Brunei Shell Petroleum (offshore) Brunei, Shell Qatar, RasGas Qatar, ADNOC (Abudhabi National Oil Co.), Abudhabi, Hofincons – Chennai.

An enterprising individual with sound technical knowledge, proven leadership qualities, team building, goal setting and resource management.
An effective communicator with excellent organizational & relationship management skills backed up by strong analytical, decision making abilities.

Xavier is Executive Director of Enmas India Group. Mr. Xavier is basically Graduate Engineer in Electrical and Electronics and holding BOE from Tamil Nadu and having strong Power Plant experience over 38 years. He served in NTPC for 15 years and associated with Prominent Organizations like GMR Industries, LANCO Infratech and ARS Metals, Powersource Philippines Development Corporation and Malaysian Palm Coir Plant.

He is having Strong Experience in Erection, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance of Thermal, Cogeneration and Bio Mass Power Plant Projects upto 500MW and he is well-versed with Power Plant Safety Standards and Continuous Improvement Process.

His industrial experience spans over 34 years covering Fertilizer, Oil and Gas, Heavy Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals & Engineering sectors.
His particular areas of interest include Process Engineering, Technical services, Maintenance & Materials consulting and Reliability optimization studies.
Prior to joining Enmas, he has worked for SABIC Industries, Invensys Plc, Madras Fertilizers, SPIC heavy chemicals, Lupin Labs, Larsen & Toubro in different capacities.

Mr. P M Mohankumar is an Industrial Electronics Engineer from Anna University & completed Petroleum Technology from the Institute Universal Oil Products, ILLINOIS, USA.
He is having Extensive 42 Years of Refinery Operations, Commissioning and Start up Experience of Capital Projects ranging from $650 Million to $14.0 Billion globally from the Middle East, Asia and Far East achieving Industry Leading Targets in Refining arenas.
Prior to joining Enmas, He has worked in Madras Refineries, Amec Foster Wheeler - Europe, Aramis Energy - Malaysia, Symcon Global Technology – USA and Saudi Aramco – Saudi Arabia.

Mr. G Krishnamoorthy is our Vice President and he is basically Mechanical Engineer with 35+ years of experience in Erection, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Operation, Maintenance of Power Plants, Refineries, Chemical Plants & Oil & Gas Plants. He was associated with prominent organizations like Ras Lanuf Oil & Gas, Thirumalai Chemicals, Hofincons, and Mangalore Chemical & Cethar Vessels.

Mr. K Kalyanakumar is Mechanical Engineer Graduate from Anna University during the Year 1987. He is having 30+ Years of Experience in Fabrication, Erection, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance of Oil & Gas, Refineries, Petrochemical & Power Plant based Projects. He was associated with Prominent Organizations like SHELL- Qatar, Larson &Turbo, Tirumalai Chemicals and SPIC. .

Mr. Suriyakumar is Mechanical Engineer with BOE and having 28+ years of experience in Erection, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance of Power Plants, Process Plants, Petro chemical Plants, Refineries, Shipping and Water Treatment Plants. He is a well-known Trainer for Yoga, 5S and Maintenance of Power Plants. He was associated with Organizations like Kuwait Ministry of Electricity Board, NICO International - Dubai, Hofincons, CSOP US based, ETA Shipping - Dubai and Indian Navy.
