ENMAS Power Technical Services LLC and New Water Corporation LLC has signed MOU in relation to setting up of a Sea water Desalination Plant on a Build , Own , Operate and Transfer basis for 9MMTPA Cauvery Basin Refinery (CBR) Project at Nagapattinam , Tamilnadu, India . Wherein EPTS will do project management, construction, material procurement, manpower supply and operations of Balance of Plant and NWC will do design, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, assembly, installation, testing & commissioning and operations of the Desalination Plant.
