Under his leadership, Enmas India Group gradually entered in to Global Market and emerged as Global Asset Management Service Provider for Energy, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Cement and Water Industries.
He achieved this success journey by his Determination and Entrepreneurial vision, coupled with Self-Motivation and Hard Work. He established and developed New Business Strategies and created an extraordinary business Structure for the Company that intensified on continually fine-tuning efficiencies and upgrading facilities to meet increased competition and growing challenges.

T Chandrashekar is the Director of Enmas India Group. A Mechanical Engineer by qualification with 35+ years of experience in Power Plants, T&D Systems and Oil & Gas Systems. Expertise in System Engineering, Project & Construction Management and O&M.

Began his journey in Nuclear Power Corporation and subsequently with BSES, BGR Energy, Ansaldo Caldaie, BWE and Suryachakra Power. Excels in Business Vision & Strategy, Team Leadership, Company Financials, Relationship with Client and Government Authorities.

Deepak Rai is the Director of Enmas India Group and heading Water Division. He is a Graduate in Chemical Engineering and having 40+ Years of vast experience in Business development and Project Management across process Equipment, Environmental solution and Design, Engineering, Construction, of Water treatment Plants and Sewage Plants and his Core Strength is Strategic Planning and Management.

He is a Member of Indian Desalination Association and Shell Desal Mission. He was associated with leading organizations like IDE Technologies, Hyflux and Aquatech to execute Environment Equipment and Desalination plants.

A. Ramakrishnan - Director of Enmas India Group. He graduated his Bachelor Degree of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Anna University - Chennai and completed of Post graduate Degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT-Kanpur.

With his vast Professional experience (36 Years) in Cement Industry for Business Development, Process Design, Plant Engineering, Equipment design, Construction, Supply, Erection & Commissioning,Project Management and O & M of Cement & allied Industry process Equipment’s.

Under his leadership, the ENMAS INDIA GROUP Cement division is achieving a spectacular Growth with Good Customer relation.
